COACH stands for Creating Opportunities And Casting Hope

A COACH Mentor is a friend with purpose who offers practical help and mentoring towards life goals. They live here in Canberra and have been thoroughly trained and submitted to a thorough background check and assessment of their personality and temperament.

The COACH Mentoring Program aims to see families and individuals be empowered and supported to help them establish a plan to address their self-identified life challenges. We desire a flourishing life for you.

Examples of support goals include:

·       Relationships

·       Employment, Education & Training

·       Health & Wellbeing

·       Community Connections

·       Independent Living Skills

·       Addiction Problems

·       Personal Development

·       Legal Matters

·       Financial

Your participation in the COACH mentoring program is always completely free of cost. You will never be asked for money. We ask for something more valuable: your time, energy, and a great willing-to-grow attitude.

Our mentors can meet with you regularly, usually once weekly. We want to help you reach your goals, and our experience shows this usually takes around 12 months. If the program no longer suits you at any point the match can be terminated.

Multiple members of the same family unit (for instance, a young adult and parent or carer) can be matched with a mentor.

COACH was developed in partnership between Cross Way Life Care and Mission Australia. The program has been evaluated twice by Monash University (Australia) who published their research report in peer reviewed journals.

Mosaic Life Care Ltd is licensed to deliver the COACH Mentoring program in Canberra.
